We can work in a coaching space which suits your needs, either face to face, video/ voice calls or walking coaching in the outdoors. The latter can bring a different dimension to coaching and allow me to walk alongside you both physically and metaphorically, listening without judgement and using the outdoors as a unique and calming coaching space to aid your thinking.

Coaching Outdoors

I believe strongly in the tri benefits of outdoor coaching – Physical Wellbeing, Mental Wellbeing and Deeper Thinking. 

The physical benefits of being outdoors are well known and there is extensive evidence of the positive impact that being in nature can have on our mental wellbeing.  

Coaching outdoors not only brings together the physical and mental wellbeing benefits but a third and critical benefit of clearer and deeper thinking.

My outdoors coaching sessions can be tailored to suit your needs, whether that is an easy paced walk in a local park, to a more challenging walk in the hills.  My outdoors coaching with you can take place in East Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey or the Berwyn Mountains in North Wales.

Personal & Career Coaching

One to one coaching will offer you the time and space to explore any challenges, opportunities or goals you might have and to works towards a positive outcome by taking action. Our sessions allow you the opportunity to step away from your busy life, the distractions of emails, phones, family and work, and take time to invest in you. Our sessions will be tailored to your needs - a single session lasting 60-90 minutes or a series of sessions either face to face or virtually.

Coaching relationships are built on trust, and I want my sessions with you to be thought provoking, challenging and fun. Whilst we may discuss difficult and sensitive issues at times, and there will be serious moments,

I also want our sessions to be enjoyable. 

 

Our coaching relationship will start with a free 30-minute discovery session. This allows us the opportunity to meet each other virtually or on the phone, to discuss what you would like to achieve from coaching and to agree if we would like to work together.
