Meet Annabelle

As an experienced coaching professional, I have a passion for supporting people like you with their personal development through coaching and/or spending time outdoors.   

Professional qualifications are important but first and foremost I listen to you, really listen, a skill which can often be undervalued in our busy lives.

 

I have supported people through coaching and mentoring for over 15 years, sometimes with big life challenges and sometimes with their challenge for that day. Seeing positive thought, change and action develop in front of my eyes is why I coach and guide outdoors.

Coaching Outdoors

I believe strongly in the tri benefits of outdoor coaching – Physical Wellbeing, Mental Wellbeing and Deeper Thinking. My outdoors coaching sessions can be tailored to suit your needs, whether that is an easy paced walk in a local park, to a more challenging walk in the hills. Whether you are completely new to outdoor coaching or have already experienced its benefits.

Personal & Career Coaching

One to one coaching will offer you the time and space to explore any challenges, opportunities or goals you might have and to works towards a positive outcome by taking action. Our sessions will be tailored to your needs - a single session lasting 60-90 minutes or a series of sessions either face to face or virtually.
